I will go stepby step for my review about this hometel (actually it is not a hotel,it\'s more likely a guesthouse because as i see most of guests there stay for long time).
1. Value: I aim to comment about the price.
I stayed in Superior room and the price is 374$ a month,but they gave me 5% of discount because i am a frequent guest. It covers price of elec and room serviceso i think it\'s a resonalbe price.
2. Service: They have good service, i like staff there coz they are very friendly and helpful, esp. the guard man and the receptionist. They helped me a lot from bargaining \"xe om\" price to sharing tips for travelling in Hanoi. I like washing service there, the way I can do it myself with their washing machine and they helped me to collected my clothes when it rained but i was outside.
3. Cleanliness: Sometimes the housekeeper forgot to clean the telephone or the microwave in my room but it\'s not such problem for me anyway.
4. Comfort: I like the way their staff serve me attentively to give me feeling of staying at my home. Moreover, I got acquainted with some other guests there and they r nice too,it\'s interesting
5. Amenities: They mainly focus on weekly and monthly guests so they have microwave, pot, cooker, iron... I like the mattress, it\'s good for my back coz it\'s not too soft like in other hotels but not hard.
6. Location: 5mins walking to market, bus stop is right in front of hometel so it\'s convenient for me.

Cheap but comfortable.
I am a make-up artist and i often go to Hanoi to do the make up for actors. I have stayed in this hotel for many times and i absolutely feel good. The staff is quite helpful and nice. There are microwave and other equiments in room like at home so i can make coffee or pasta myself. The only one thing that i think it keep oth... more
